THE PREJUDGING POSING ROUNDS FOR MALE AND FEMALE COMPETITORS
Judges will score competitors according to the NPC “total package” which isa balance of size, symmetry and muscularity.
POSING ROUNDS:
Relaxed
Keep your feet flat
Keep your heels together
Hold your arms at your sides
No twisting
Your head must be facing the same direction as your feet.
Individual Posing Routine
Begin when ready – no signal is necessary from the Head Judge.
Maximum of 60 seconds with a warning when 10 seconds remain.
You are not obligated to use all 60 seconds.
Lying on the floor is not permitted.

WOMEN WELLNESS DIVISION

This division is for females with athletic physique’s that showcase more body mass in the hips, glutes and thigh areas. The upper body is developed but not to the same degree as the lower body. We are looking for conditioning almost on par with Bikini athletes, but the athletes will have slightly more muscle. We want to see a little body fat with slight separation but no striations.

Novice Divisions
Competitors have not won their class in an NPC competition.
First ResponderDivisions
Competitors are Active or Retired with First Responder ID.
Armed Forces Divisions
Competitors are Active or Retired with Armed Forces ID.
Teen Division
Competitor must be at least 18 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition.
Junior Division
Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.
Collegiate Division
Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 25 years of age
Masters Divisions
Competitors must be over the age(s) shownon the day of the competition, such as “Over 35” or “Over 40”. See available masters classes for this event below.

Competitors are required to wear posing shorts. You are “NOT” to wear board shorts or Bodybuilding posing trunks. We have provided an image of the NPC Competition Classic Physique shorts below. Competitors are required to wear the same type of cut and all shorts that are worn in competitionmust be black

All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.
You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin on CD or USB drive as a backup.

You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC using a link in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL you will receive after registering for the event. Check the email you received after you entered the contest and the music upload link will be in there.
